By placing an order with Windowsill Pies, you are offering to purchase a product. All information provided to us should be factually accurate, and by doing so, you are the authorized user of the payment method provided.
Windowsill Pies reserves the right to cancel any orders without prior notice if the product(s) of interest is out of stock.
All orders placed on the website cannot be modified or cancelled. There will be no cash refunds in the event of an order cancellation.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
1. Your order is confirmed once payment has been made.
2. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
3. We do not provide dry ice or ice packs at the moment.
4. Kindly ensure that the shipping address provided at check out is valid and correct. Windowsill Pies shall not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by the provision of incorrect/incomplete addresses.
PICK UP/DELIVERY
1. Pick up orders must be collected during the specified window selected during checkout.
2. We are not responsible for pies that are not picked up at the scheduled time.
3. Delivery times are estimates only. While we aim to meet estimated delivery time, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues, traffic conditions)
4. If the driver arrives at the location and instructions are given to the driver to leave the items outside the premises, such as on a door handle or shoe cabinet, we will not be responsible for the conditions of these items after delivery.
ALLERGENS AND DIETARY INFORMATION
1. Our pies may contain allergen, including but not limited to dairy, eggs and nuts.
2. Although we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen is not allergen free.
3. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and informing us of any dietary concerns before ordering.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
1. Promotions are available for a limited time and may be modified or canceled at our discretion.
2. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
