Islandwide delivery at $20.
Timeslots: 9am - 1pm and 2pm - 6pm.

For deliveries before 9am, there will be an additional $10 charge.

Orders above $150 will be free.

We are not liable for deliveries. Kindly self collect as much as possible.

Please ensure that you are contactable and have arranged for someone to receive the pies.
Failure to do so, item would be brought back to our store.
You may choose to opt for self collection or a re-delivery at $20.

No, we don’t. If you require to have any, please do email us at pies@windowsillpies.sg for us to send you a soft copy.

Our pies may contain eggs, nuts, dairy and beef gelatin.

We are not halal certified but we strictly do not use any pork, lard or alcohol in our products. Gelatin used, if any, is halal certified.

For the best quality and freshness, our pies should not be left at room temperature for more than 2 hours. We recommend keeping them refrigerated and consuming them within 3 days.

Our pies are best enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.

For Classic Pecan pie, you can also warm it gently in the oven if you prefer it served warm.
