This Mother’s Day, we wanted to create something that goes beyond just flavours.
At Windowsill Pies, baking has always been about more than what sits on the table — it’s about the people behind it, the quiet moments in the kitchen, and the intention behind every step.
This year, we had the opportunity to collaborate with Thye Hua Kwan, through their initiative, Bloom by Thye Hua Kwan.
Creating Together
Through this collaboration, individuals with different abilities were part of the journey in bringing this Mother’s Day collection to life.
From preparation processes to working alongside our team, every step was a shared experience — one that reflects patience, care, and quiet dedication.
It reminded us that baking, at its core, has always been about people coming together.
At the heart of this collection is a special tartlet flavour — Strawberry Mint.
Light, refreshing, and gently balanced, it brings together the sweetness of strawberries with a subtle lift of mint — a flavour that feels bright, uplifting, and quietly memorable.
A small centrepiece that reflects what this collaboration stands for.
